Terms of Service

Last updated: 25 October 2026

1. About us

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the services provided by Mustik Supply LTD ("Mustik Supply", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England & Wales, Company No. 17063689, registered address 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. Contact: info@mustiksupply.com, +44 7347 151211.

2. Our services

We design, set up and operate AI assistants on WhatsApp for businesses ("Services"). The assistant can answer customer questions, book appointments and collect enquiries. The exact scope, price and duration of the Services are agreed with each client ("you") in a proposal, order or invoice, which forms part of these Terms.

Our Services are intended for business customers only, not for consumers.

3. Your responsibilities

4. AI-generated responses

The assistant uses artificial intelligence to generate replies. While we work to make it accurate, AI responses may sometimes be incomplete or incorrect. You remain responsible for your business decisions, pricing and commitments to your customers, and you should review the assistant's settings and conversations regularly.

5. Fees and payment

Fees are set out in your proposal or invoice. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are payable within 14 days. We may suspend the Services if payment is overdue. Prices exclude VAT where applicable.

6. Third-party services

The Services rely on third-party platforms such as WhatsApp (Meta), AI providers and hosting services. We are not responsible for outages, changes or restrictions caused by these third parties, including the suspension of a WhatsApp account by Meta.

7. Data protection

When we process your customers' personal data on your behalf, we act as your data processor and you act as the data controller. We will process such data only on your documented instructions and in line with our Privacy Policy and any data processing agreement between us.

8. Intellectual property

You keep all rights in your content and business information. We keep all rights in our software, prompts, configurations and know-how. We grant you a non-exclusive right to use the Services for your business while these Terms are in force.

9. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to this, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, revenue, business or data, and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.

10. Term and termination

Either party may end the Services with 30 days' written notice, unless a different period is agreed. Either party may end the Services immediately if the other seriously breaches these Terms and does not fix the breach within 14 days of being asked. On termination, we will stop the assistant and delete or return your data as agreed.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will tell existing clients about material changes in advance. The latest version is always available on this page.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
